Collection: Food Storage Jars & Canisters

Airtight jars and canisters that keep flour, sugar, pasta, and cereal dry — and make a pantry shelf read as one set.

How to choose

  • Capacity — Check the volume against the package sizes you actually buy, not against the shelf.
  • Seal — Latch-and-gasket lids seal hardest. Screw lids are quicker to open. Press-seal lids sit between the two.
  • Glass or plastic — Glass does not stain or hold odours and keeps its clarity. Acrylic and plastic are lighter and will not break.
  • Shape — Square and rectangular jars use shelf width more fully than round ones.
  • Stacking — Flat lids stack. Domed and latched lids usually do not.
