Amazon Packaging Disclosure
Your order may arrive in Amazon-branded packaging. We use multiple US-based fulfillment partners, including Amazon, to ensure the fastest possible delivery. Regardless of the packaging, you are receiving the exact product you ordered from NeatHaus.
Multiple Packages
If you order multiple items, they may arrive in separate packages on different days. Each package will have its own tracking number. You will receive tracking information via email as each package ships.

Shipping Address

Delayed or Undelivered Orders
In compliance with the FTC Mail, Internet, or Telephone Order Merchandise Rule, if your order is not delivered within 30 days of the estimated delivery date, you are entitled to a full refund.
