YAHUAN Water Hyacinth Woven Shelf Baskets, Rectangular, Pair

Two shallow bins braided by hand from dried water hyacinth stems, left in their own straw color so the weave carries the texture rather than a dye. The sides are formed over a wire armature, which is what stops a loaded bin from folding when it is drawn off a shelf by one end.

• Recessed grips are woven into the short walls, so nothing protrudes and a pair can sit flush side by side or one behind the other in a deep cupboard.
• Shallow depth suits folded napkins, tea towels, cosmetics, remote controls, spare rolls and the loose small items that otherwise migrate across an open shelf.
• Fibre care: keep the weave dry. Dust it with a soft brush, never soak or launder it, and do not store it anywhere damp, since moisture stains and weakens natural stems.

Two sets of measurements are published and they disagree. The attribute sheet gives 10.24 in wide by 6.3 in deep by 3.94 in tall, while a bullet gives 10.08 by 6.30 by 3.78 in. Both are recorded here rather than one being picked silently, and neither appears in the product name. An iron internal frame is mentioned in the sales copy but does not appear in the material field, which names water hyacinth alone. The color field holds a pack count instead of a color. Combined weight is 0.57 kg.
