NETEL Expandable Under Sink Shelf with Eight Removable Panels, 20.7 to 32.3 in

Eight flat panels form the two decks here, with no baskets, so each surface is continuous and any single panel can be lifted where a drain pipe needs to pass.

The frame telescopes from 20.7 inches to 32.3 inches wide. Beyond 30.7 inches the central tube gives, so the maker asks that it be kept shorter than that.

Rails mount at any of four screw positions on each upright, which sets the gap between decks.

Building it takes about five minutes. Check the frame sits square before tightening any screw, since an uneven frame leaves the shelf rocking.

Smallest footprint is 20.7 by 9.8 by 16.5 inches. Before ordering, check how tall the cabinet interior actually is and look at how the pipes run, because both limit what will stand on the upper deck.
