NETEL Expandable Under Sink Shelf with Two Baskets and Six Panels, 20.7 to 32.3 in

Width is set by a telescopic rail, the frame opening from 20.7 inches out to 32.3. Past 30.7 inches the middle tube loses rigidity, and the maker cautions against going further.

Two baskets and six panels make up the decks. Every piece lifts out, and that is how a waste pipe is given a route through the middle of the shelf.

Each upright carries four screw holes, giving four possible positions for the telescoping rail and so four gaps between tiers.

Overall the unit stands 16.5 inches tall and 9.8 deep, finished black, weighing 4.85 pounds.

Assembly runs to under five minutes. Level the frame before the screws go tight, or the shelf rocks once loaded.

Measure the cabinet interior first and account for how the pipes run, since a low ceiling limits what will stand on the upper tier.
