Nium Diatomaceous Earth Drying Stone and Bamboo Plate Rack, 16 x 12 in

A rectangular diatomite slab paired with a bamboo rack that stands plates on edge, so a wash-up drains vertically over an absorbent base rather than pooling underneath a stack.

• Published footprint 16 x 12 in, with a listed mass of 1.9 kg.
• The parts breakdown covers the stone, its bamboo rack, four stainless steel anti-slip feet and a printed care sheet.
• Colour is given as light bamboo over a plain pattern. The maker rates the stone heat resistant and safe for food contact.
• A source bullet claims drying twenty times faster than a towel. No measurement sits behind that comparison, so it is left out.
• Another bullet calls the stone moisture-free, which contradicts an absorbent material by definition. Treat it as loose marketing wording rather than a specification.

Care: bamboo does not belong in a dishwasher and should never sit in standing water. Lift the rack off the slab now and then so both parts can dry in open air.
