Urackify Extendable Stainless Steel Dish Drying Rack, Foldable Grey Drainer for Small Counters

A drainer whose frame telescopes: pushed together it occupies about 12.4 in of worktop, drawn out it spans 18.7 in, and the tines fold flat when nothing is drying. Depth stays at roughly 13.78 in throughout.

• Sized for two people, not a dinner party. The open layout suits a day's worth of mugs, bowls and plates rather than the load a family drainer has to take.
• Soft caps over every tine keep glazes unscratched and cut the clatter; rubber feet stop the frame travelling across a wet surface.
• Angled outlet. The drain spout channels water off the frame instead of letting it gather beneath, which is what keeps the worktop underneath dry.
• Stainless bar stock in grey, thickened at the support rail so the frame does not sag once it is loaded and extended.
• Collapse it when it is dry, not wet. Folding a wet rack traps droplets in the hinges, and hinges are where a stainless frame eventually marks.

Two points about the listing. The attribute sheet records the length as a flat 18.7 in; that is the fully drawn-out figure, and it closes to 12.4 in, so the single number understates how compact it becomes. The product name also advertises a knife holder and a separate utensil holder, but neither appears anywhere in the specification or the feature list, so plan on the rack alone. Weight is given as 1.92 kg.
