Seltomer Over-Faucet Sponge Holder with Stone Drying Mat, Black

Rather than occupying the bowl or the worktop, this Seltomer holder hooks over the tap body and hangs there. Sponges, a scrub brush and a basin plug ride above the water line, and the whole cradle lifts off when it needs a wash.

• Hangs on the tap: the hooked back slides onto the spout without tools, and it can be nudged along or angled to clear the handle.
• Absorbent stone insert: a diatomite mat lines the floor and takes up the run-off. Seltomer claims it dries in about half a minute; that figure is the maker's own.
• Shaped sponge cradle: a moulded recess holds a face-shaped sponge on edge, with room alongside for a scourer or brush.
• Lift-off cleaning: the cradle detaches from its hook, so both parts can be rinsed separately.

Notes on the source data: no dimensions are published for this model at all, so no footprint is quoted. The finish is described two ways, as painted in the attribute sheet and as electroplated in the marketing copy; since these cannot both hold, no finish is asserted. Load-bearing capability is claimed without a figure, and the item weighs 1.09 lb empty.

Care: the stone mat should be air-dried, never put through a dishwasher.
