One specification deserves scepticism. The attribute table gives a maximum load of 5 lb. Twelve slots filled with dinner plates would pass that figure several times over, so the number cannot describe what the rack is built to do; it is reproduced here as the supplier's own entry rather than as a working limit. Load it sensibly and judge by how the frame feels. Note too that the axis labels are swapped between sources, with 16.5 in given as the width in one place and the length in another; the footprint is the same either way.
