A long grey tray that slips around the base of a mixer tap and takes the splash, the drips off the handle and the clutter that collects behind a sink: sponge, brush, soap pump.

• Sloped deck: the floor is pitched about five degrees toward the bowl, per the maker, so caught water runs away rather than standing in a film.
• Wipe-clean silicone: nothing soaks in, so the tray does not stay damp between uses and will not scratch what is set down on it.
• Room for the sink-side kit: at 14.25 in across there is space either side of the tap column for a soap bottle, a scrub brush and a sponge.
• Tap cutout: a single round opening, roughly 2.36 in across, drops over the tap column.

Check the fit before ordering. The tap column has to measure under 2.35 in across; anything wider leaves the tray sitting unevenly. Allow about 6 in of clear worktop on each side of the tap, and at least 0.4 in of clearance behind it before the wall. Curved or shaped basin rims are excluded, as are sinks with a built-in filter or an integrated soap pump.

Figures that disagree. The spec sheet gives 14.25 x 5.35 x 0.8 in while the maker's own bullet puts the same height at 0.60 in, so the footprint is settled but the thickness is not. The listed weight of 0.31 ounces is impossible for a silicone tray of this size and is not published here.
