ZUIMENG White Stainless Steel Wall-Mounted Paper Towel Holder with Leaf-Spring Brake

A white-coated steel bar whose spindle carries a sprung metal leaf pressing against the roll. That drag is what lets one hand pull a sheet while the roll stays put instead of spinning free.

• Leaf-spring brake: a thin flexed strip inside the rod supplies constant friction, so a tug takes a sheet rather than half the roll.
• End stoppers: a rounded cap at each end blocks the roll working sideways off the rod.
• Flat or upright: mounted lengthwise under a cupboard or turned on end down a wall, whichever direction the free space runs.
• Two fixings supplied: pads for glazed, sealed faces and screws for masonry or plaster, both boxed with fitting notes.
• Also carries: cling film, foil sleeves, a hand cloth or a spare tissue roll.
• Dimensions: 13 in overall, standing 3 in clear of the mounting face, on a 5.7 by 1.8 in back plate.

The white finish is a coating over the steel. Abrasive pads and scouring powders will cut through it, so clean with a soft damp cloth only.
