PAROTO Wall Mount Paper Towel Holder, Stainless Steel, Silver, 11.22 in

One arm swings aside. That is the whole roll-change procedure — pull it open, drop the core off, push a fresh roll on.

The frame is open on the front, so a sheet comes away with a single pull rather than a fight.

Standard rolls and the larger ones both fit. It measures 11.22" long, 4.13" high, 1.77" across.

Stainless steel, waterproof and proof against damp, with enough heft to feel solid on the wall.

Its backing pad needs no tools or skill, which suits a tenancy. Screws are there as the alternative where a permanent fixing is wanted.
