simpletome Under Cabinet Paper Towel Holder with Tension Arm, White, Fits 9.4 to 11 Inch Rolls

A wall or under-cupboard roll holder built around a sprung arm. That arm presses on the roll so paper meets resistance as it comes off, and one hand is enough to take a single sheet or several.

• Sprung arm: a retracting spring keeps pressure on rolls of differing lengths and sets the drag by itself, so a roll never spins loose.
• Size variants: this listing covers rolls of 24 to 28 cm (9.4 to 11 in). A shorter version exists for smaller rolls, so measure what you normally buy before choosing.
• Three fixing routes: stick-on tape, direct screwing, or screws into drilled wall plugs.
• Tape notes: two adhesive strips ship in the box, the spare intended for a trial fit. Tape wants a flat, sealed, dry area — tile, timber, marble or glass — pressed hard for a quarter of a minute, then left several hours before loading.
• Removable: a length of nylon thread sawn behind the tape releases it, after which residue cleans off and the holder can move elsewhere.

The attribute record lists the body as plastic, matching the ABS quoted in the listing text. Listed dimensions are 11 in by 2.56 in, and listed item weight is 0.38 kg (about 0.84 lb).
