Swaitee Under Cabinet Paper Towel Rack with Damping, Silver, 11.65 in

A damping mechanism holds the roll steady against the pull. Tug a sheet and it parts; the rest of the roll stays where it was rather than spilling out across the floor.

That is the specific failing this one addresses — the roll that unwinds entirely the moment you reach for a single sheet.

Mount it with adhesive or with screws. Both come in the box, along with the fittings and printed instructions.

Most roll sizes fit, and it works as readily in a workshop or a bathroom as in a kitchen.
