You can fix it two ways. Peel the backing off the supplied pad and press it onto any smooth surface, or use the screws where the surface will not take adhesive.

It hangs under a cabinet, on the side of a fridge, above a worktop, inside a pantry, or out in a garage — anywhere the roll is wanted and the counter is not free.
