simpletome Under-Cabinet Paper Towel Holder, Adaptive Tension Arm, White ABS Plastic

A mounted roll holder rather than a countertop stand: it fixes beneath a cabinet or onto a wall and frees the worktop entirely. A concealed sprung arm pushes outward against the roll and retracts as the roll shortens, which keeps enough drag on the tube for a sheet to snap off with one hand at any stage of use.

• Adjustable span: the tension arm accommodates rolls between 9.4 and 11 in long, equivalent to 24 to 28 cm.
• Self-adjusting drag: resistance changes with roll length, so tearing feels consistent on a full roll and a nearly spent one alike.
• Three fixing routes: adhesive backing, screws into timber, or drilled wall fixings, chosen to suit the mounting surface.
• Adhesive method: intended for smooth flat substrates such as tile, glass, sealed timber or marble; clean the area, press hard for 15 to 30 seconds, and leave it 4 to 5 hours before loading.
• Quiet in use: the plastic mechanism runs without rattle or squeak.

Built from ABS plastic in white, with recorded dimensions of 11 in by 5.5 in and a mass of 360 g. Existing rolls do not need replacing with a proprietary size.
