VEHHE Silver Stainless Steel Paper Towel Holder with Spring Activated Arm and Weighted Base

A brushed silver stainless roll stand combining a damped spindle with a sprung side arm, keeping the roll under tension from full down to the last few sheets.

• Sprung arm: adjustable, clamping the roll against unravelling, and swinging wide enough for broad household rolls as well as slim ones.
• Weighted foot: faced underneath by EVA padding. The Size attribute reads Eva Pad Base, a component note rather than a size choice, so no variant is published.
• Mass: 2.3 lb, which is what keeps it planted during a single-handed pull.
• Sizing: 11.9 in tall over a 7.1 in disc.
• Steel: stainless throughout, cleaning up under a cloth and shrugging off splashes.
• Out of the carton: it arrives already built. Should the joint work loose over months, nip the screw up again.

The maker claims compatibility with every roll on sale. In practice the arm and 7.1 in disc cover standard and jumbo formats, and anything unusually oversized is worth measuring first.
