DAWNER Freestanding Paper Towel Stand, Brushed Nickel Steel, 13 in

Weight in the base is what lets one hand do the job: hold nothing, tug downward, and the sheet parts along its perforation while the stand stays put.

Any ordinary roll slides onto the post, whichever brand you happen to buy.

Underneath is a padded disc that neither slides across a worktop nor marks it.

Stainless steel in brushed nickel, plain lines, nothing that dates.

It stands 13 inches on a 6-inch base and weighs 1.2 lb. Nothing is drilled or fixed to a wall, so it can move to a dining table or a sideboard as easily as it sits by the hob.

• Weighted base for one-handed tearing
• Takes any standard roll
• Padded, non-slip underside
• Brushed nickel stainless steel
• 13" tall, 6" base, 1.2 lb
• Freestanding — nothing to drill
