Oggi Clamp-Lid Storage Canister, 72 fl oz Clear Plastic Jar with Silicone-Sealed Lid, 9 Inches Tall

A wire clamp pulls the lid down onto a silicone gasket, which is what seals the jar; there is no screw thread. Once shut, the seal is what keeps flour, coffee beans or rice from picking up damp.

The body is round, 5" across and 9" tall, so measure the headroom on a shelf before ordering. Two capacity figures appear in the listing: 72 fluid ounces and 4.5 pounds, the second presumably a fill weight for a dense dry good rather than a volume. Empty, the jar weighs 12.8 ounces, and the round profile lets several stand one on another.

Material is BPA-free food-grade plastic, clear so levels are visible without lifting the lid.
