Cirhy Expanding Three-Tier Wrap Shelf, Widens From 9.8" To 15.6", Grey, 9.8" Tall

Width is the whole point here. The frame pulls apart from 9.8" out to 15.6", so it can be set to the span of a particular cupboard, while the height stays at 9.8". Three tiers sit within that, and the description mentions four positions the shelves can be set to.

Materials are reported inconsistently. The attribute list says plastic with a lacquered finish, while the description calls it thickened steel in an open wire pattern. A stated unit weight of 7.06 ounces is hard to reconcile with a steel frame this size, so treat both the material and the weight as unreliable. No numerical limit is given, only a claim of strong load bearing, so do not plan on stacking heavy jars here.

Assembly is a slot-together job needing no tools, and rubber feet keep the shelf steady when a box is pulled from it. Besides wraps, the tiers take gallon and quart bag cartons.
