Mounting is by clear adhesive pad rather than screws or suction, which makes this a candidate for a tiled splashback or the smooth outer wall of a sink where drilling is out of the question. The bracket stands only 1.6" proud of the surface, close enough to the basin to catch drips without crowding the tap.

The holder measures 4.2" across and 2.5" tall, room enough for a sponge, a scouring pad or a bar of soap laid flat. SUS 304 stainless steel is used throughout, chosen for its resistance to corrosion in a permanently wet spot, and the open form lets whatever sits in it dry out between uses.

The 15 lb figure attached to this product is the hold rating of the adhesive pads, tested against smooth, hard surfaces; it is not a measure of what the tray itself is built to carry. The mounting wall must be smooth, hard and clean before the pads go on, so textured tile, painted plaster and porous stone are unsuitable.
