GAViA Adhesive Sponge and Cloth Holder, 304 Stainless Steel, Holds 22 lb

Two adhesive pads hold it up. Nothing is drilled, and the rack lifts off and goes back elsewhere when the washing-up arrangement changes.

Whatever it sticks to must be smooth: glass, quartz and the like. Shallow bowls and narrow ones are the case for mounting it on a wall nearby rather than inside the sink.

A metal hook takes the load, which is where this parts company with a suction cup or a plastic clip. It carries up to 22 lb.

Sponges, scourers, cloths, gloves and the drain stopper all hang from it, which clears the rim for actual washing.

The body narrows towards its base, so a sponge sitting in it gets pressed slightly and sheds water instead of holding it.

Grade 304 stainless steel, 5.9 inches long, 2.95 wide, 2.75 high, at 6.7 oz. Two adhesive bases and a fitting sheet come in the box.
