UEFFNR Two-Tier Sink Caddy with Tall Brush Section and Removable Basket, 10.6 x 4.3 x 5.7in Black Iron

The upper basket lifts away. That is the part worth knowing: the top tier, which takes brushes, sponges or the sink plug, can be detached and set down wherever it is needed, leaving the lower deck to washing-up liquid bottles and scrubbers. The brush section is built tall so handles stand upright rather than leaning.

Allow 10.6 inches of worktop width — this is a wide caddy for its height. Depth is 4.3 inches and it stands 5.7 inches tall, weighing 1.56 pounds. A sloped drip tray runs beneath, tipping run-off toward the bowl when wet items are set down, while open sides let air move around them.

On materials, the specification names iron with a black coating, though the listing markets the rack as rust-proof; the two descriptions sit side by side without further detail. Nothing needs building, and the parts amount to the main rack plus that detachable basket.
