The larger shelf is quoted at 12.7" long by 9" wide by 6" high, the smaller at 12.7" by 8.7" by 5.7", which puts the stacked height at 11.7". Both are metal under a silver coating. Note that the overall width is listed separately as 25.4", against the 23.9" maximum span given in the feature text, so measure the run before ordering.

Assembly is needed before first use. Allow at least 6" of headroom inside the cupboard for a single shelf, or 11.7" if both tiers go in one above the other. No load limit is published for either shelf, so treat heavy stoneware with some caution.
