Flyisland Sliding Appliance Tray, 13.8" by 11.7", Only 0.9" Tall, Locking Lever, Steel

At 0.9" tall the tray steals almost none of the room between worktop and wall cupboard, which is what makes it usable under a low shelf. The platform measures 13.8" by 11.7" and glides forward so a coffee machine can be filled at the counter edge instead of being lifted across the surface.

The whole thing is one piece of alloy steel rather than a carriage riding in a separate track, so there is no rail to jump. A small lever at the front releases the tray for rolling and holds it still once let go. A silicone facing across the platform grips the appliance base and wipes clean.

The stated load limit is contradictory: one part of the listing gives 30 lb, another gives 50 lb, so work to the lower figure. Note also that the depth and width labels are swapped between the product name and the specification, though the two measurements themselves agree. Finished black, weighing 3.2 lb.

• Adds 0.9" of height on the worktop
