KAIZEN - improve your life Bamboo Knife Block, Empty Universal Holder Sized for Blades up to 8.12 Inches

Blade length is the deciding measurement here: the well accepts knives with blades of up to 8.12 inches, and the same opening will take scissors, spatulas or serving spoons rather than cutlery alone. Nothing is supplied inside the block, so it suits a cook who already owns a set and wants somewhere settled to keep it.

A footprint of 4.7 by 4.7 inches keeps the block to a small square of worktop, standing 9.45 inches tall. The body is bamboo in a natural finish, and the underside is treated to grip so the block does not travel when a knife is drawn out. Routine cleaning needs no more than a damp cloth.

Bamboo must never go through a dishwasher, and the block should not be left standing in water; clean it by hand and dry it straight away. Stored blades sit clear of one another, which spares the edges the knocking they take loose in a drawer.
