GHWIE Bamboo In-Drawer Knife Block, 15-Knife Dock, 15.6 x 4.5 x 1.6 Inches

This is the fifteen-knife dock, and the capacity needs flagging up front. The description attached to it states a limit of eleven knives, and that identical paragraph appears word for word against the seven and eleven dock versions as well. Nothing in the listing settles which figure applies to which variant.

Dimensions are given as 15.6 inches deep, 4.5 inches wide and 1.6 inches high — again the same trio quoted for all three dock sizes, which is hard to square with differing slot counts. Taken at face value it is a narrow strip that runs along one side of a drawer, leaving the rest of the base clear. Individual slots keep each blade apart from its neighbours so edges are not knocking together.

Bamboo, natural colour, listed at 2.5 lb. The attribute table also shows "7 Pounds" under capacity, which is a weight sitting in a field meant for a count and can be ignored. Knives are bought separately. Check the clear internal height of your drawer: 1.6 inches is the block alone, before any handles. Clean by hand with mild soap, dry at once, and rub in a little oil now and then — a dishwasher will destroy it.
