ROLABAM Standing Hand Towel Holder with Crystal Top, 15.7" Tall on a 4.7" Round Base, Polished Chrome

Height is the striking figure: 15.7" from counter to crystal, rising off a round base just 4.7" across. The specification field puts 15.7" under width, though the description settles it as overall height.

Polished chrome covers the metal frame, a finish chosen to hold up in the damp air of a bathroom or a busy kitchen. At the top sits a crystal ball, throwing light back into the room; a hand towel lifts away over it, nothing to unhook.

A weighted foot keeps the whole thing upright, and a polyurethane pad underneath sits between chrome and countertop, guarding against scratches and stopping it skating. Weight is quoted twice in the source, once as 1.8 pounds and once as 1.84 lbs. It goes together without tools.

At 15.7" tall it needs headroom beneath any wall cupboard, while the 4.7" circle is all the counter it occupies.
