Amerbro Heat Resistant Mat for Air Fryers, 14 x 12 inch Grey Fibreglass Countertop Protector

Woven glass fibre carrying a silicone resin layer on either face, rather than the felt used in cheaper worktop pads, which is why the maker quotes tolerance to 550 degrees Celsius, 1022 Fahrenheit. That figure is the manufacturer's own claim and applies to the cloth, not to whatever sits under it.

The mat measures 14 by 12 inches, grey, with rounded corners, and one comes per pack. Its face is smooth enough to double as a slider, so an air fryer or coffee machine can be pushed back beneath a wall unit and drawn out again without lifting.

Oil and water bead on the coating instead of soaking in, so a damp cloth or a little detergent clears it, and it folds flat once dry. Anything with a footprint larger than 14 by 12 inches will overhang, and the mat guards only the area it actually covers.
