exilon Gold Stainless Steel Countertop Paper Towel Holder with Weighted Base, 13 inches

Mass at the bottom is the whole design argument here. The base is heavy enough that a sheet tears away single-handed while the stand itself stays put on the worktop, and the piece weighs 0.84 kg overall.

Beneath the base sits a felt pad, which spares the worktop from scratches and adds a little grip. At the top, a knob doubles as a handle when the holder moves between counter and table.

Brushed gold over stainless steel gives the finish.

Only two figures are published, 13 inches and 6.7 inches, with no separate height stated; the larger is the post and the smaller the base, so measure any overhead clearance before ordering.
