ComSaf Glass Pantry Jars with Bamboo Lids, Set of 6 in 0.6, 1 and 1.5 Quart Sizes

Six jars arrive in three capacities, 0.6, 1 and 1.5 quarts, and the tallest stands 8.1 inches on a 3.9 inch round base. That height is the number to check against a shelf, since the jars are intended to stack one on another.

Sealing is done by silicone gaskets set into the bamboo lids, pressing onto the rim as the lid goes down. Bodies are borosilicate, thicker at the mouth than ordinary jar glass and less inclined to chip when a metal scoop knocks against it. Labels come in the box so that similar white powders can be told apart at a glance.

Round walls leave no corners for ground coffee to lodge in, which makes rinsing quicker. Bamboo lids are hand wash only. The dishwasher rating applies to the glass alone, and the maker rates the jars for the microwave with the lid removed.
