Flat acacia lids allow one jar to sit squarely on top of another, which is the whole argument for a small 15 fl oz canister: four of them stack into roughly the footprint of one large jar. Each measures 3.55 inches across and 4.25 inches tall, with a silicone ring inside the lid doing the sealing work.

Borosilicate glass has been used for the bodies, a type chosen for tolerating sudden changes of temperature. The upper limit quoted is 302°F. The matching lower figure printed by the maker is -430°F, which lies below absolute zero and therefore cannot be a real specification; disregard it.

Labels come in the box for marking what is in each jar. Set weight is given as 1.7 lb. Wood cannot go through a dishwasher cycle without warping, so the dishwasher, microwave and freezer claims here apply to the glass alone and the lids need hand washing.
