Every jar measures 3.35" across and 5.91" tall, with a mouth wide enough to fill and to clean by hand. Bodies are high-borosilicate, chosen for hardness, heat resistance and clarity, and each bamboo lid seats on food-grade silicone that shuts out air and insects. Water-resistant labels and a chalkboard pen come with the set, so jars can be marked and remarked as their contents change.

The dishwasher and microwave entries in the specification apply to the glass; bamboo lids belong at the sink. Jars ship in a divided carton with bubble wrap around them.
