Rolls must be 12" wide or narrower, since neither cutter channel will take a longer box — worth measuring your foil before ordering. Each blade slides along a track held at 30 degrees above horizontal, high enough over the resting sheet that foil is sheared cleanly instead of crumpling.

Four jobs share one bamboo frame: a bar for kitchen roll, a shelf above it that Zri Bamboo reckons will hold seven or eight ordinary spice jars, and two roll channels for parchment, wax paper, foil or cling film.

The unit hangs on a wall or stands on a worktop. It was not designed to lie inside a drawer, and the arrangement of shelf above channels only makes sense upright. Putting it together takes 15 to 20 minutes with the printed sheet supplied.
