RIIPOO Retractable In-Drawer Knife Block, 12 Slots, Grey Polypropylene, 16.7 by 13.5 Inches

Twelve slots lie flat in the drawer, each long enough for a chef's knife to rest on its side rather than stand upright, and the frame retracts to suit a narrower drawer. The maker publishes the overall size as 16.7" deep by 13.5" wide by 2" high but gives no figure for how far it contracts, so measure against the larger number.

Food-grade polypropylene, grey, with textured pads under each slot that stop blades shifting as the drawer is pushed shut. Loose knives chip and scratch one another, which a fitted block of this sort avoids.

At 2" tall the tray suits shallow drawers, but the slots take blades laid flat only, not handles standing proud. The quoted capacity of 0.96 kg is identical to the stated weight of the tray itself, so it reads as a duplicated field rather than as a real load rating.
