Simple Houseware Expandable Flatware Drawer Tray, 9 Compartments, Grey Polypropylene

The tray slides open sideways, so one piece covers a range of drawer widths: 12.9" across when closed and 24.75" when pushed out to full stretch. Depth stays at 17.25" whatever the width setting, so check that measurement first.

Nine bays are moulded into the base, several long enough to take spatulas, tongs and ladles rather than only forks and spoons. Polypropylene throughout, in a flat grey, with no fixings to attach and nothing to build.

Your drawer must be at least 17.25" deep from front to back for the tray to sit flat. The published figures do not fully agree: the specification block lists 17.75" x 13.25" x 3", while the bullet text gives 2.25" for height and 12.9" for the closed width. Treat the taller figure as the outside limit and check the clearance under whatever sits above.
