Each divider works on tension. Raise its lever, set the bar across the drawer, push out to length and let the latch bite, and it stands upright with no hardware involved. Extension runs from 13.375" up to 20.125"; the bar itself measures 1.25" thick and 2.5" tall. Four are supplied.

Foam pads cap both ends. They grip the drawer sides and spare the finish from scoring as the bar is forced out to length. With the bar stretched to its limit the latch must seat against the internal gears; a divider stopped short of that bite can drop out of position.

The bars are plastic, with a steel pin at the heart of the lock, white throughout. Wash them by hand in mild soapy water. They are not dishwasher safe. Sold for dresser and wardrobe drawers, though the packing list in the source data describes the contents as a kitchen drawer organiser, so the same part evidently covers both jobs.
