Dolreiik Expandable Sink Drainer, Basket Deepens 11 to 18.4 Inches, Stainless Steel, Silver

Most racks of this kind stretch only at their handles. Here the basket itself opens up, deepening from 11 to 18.4 inches front to back, so the drying area grows rather than just the span. The fit guidance asks for a basin at least 12 inches wide and 12 inches deep, with depth no greater than 18 inches.

Basket walls stand 4.7 inches high, which keeps crockery upright and steady while it drips. A plate holder lifts away and refits in either of two positions depending on plate size, and works perfectly well apart from the basket. Stainless steel throughout resists rust and takes a smooth silver finish; the quoted load figure is 75 pounds against a rack weight of 2.9 pounds. Neither screws nor tools are involved: clip the handles on, fit the plate holder, then stand the rack inside a basin or alongside it on a worktop.
