Urhomey plus Expandable Counter Shelf, 7.9" Deep, 16 to 26" Long with 7.1" Headroom

Headroom beneath the deck comes to 7.1 inches, which is what settles whether tall storage jars or a kettle will slide under. The frame draws out from 16 to 26 inches, sits 7.9 inches front to back and stands 8.5 inches tall.

Steel panels wear a matte black powder coat that resists corrosion and takes a wipe. Working load is given as 22 to 30 pounds. Deck height is set during the build, so decide what has to fit underneath before you tighten anything. Four screws plus a brace under the deck hold the whole thing rigid.

A second rack stacks on this one where a two-level arrangement suits the cupboard better. The maker also quotes a design patent number, which says nothing useful about the shelf and is omitted.
