udNmlaiebot Collapsible Dish Rack and Silicone Drain Pad, Folds to 2 Inches, Blue

Two items come in the box: the folding rack and a silicone drain mat, either of which works alone.

Open, the rack is 14 inches long, 12 wide and 5 high; pressed shut it drops to 2 inches, thin enough to stand beside a basin or lie flat in a locker. That matters more aboard a boat or inside a camper than in a fitted kitchen, and those are the settings the maker has in mind.

The mat is food-grade silicone: waterproof, insulating, non-slip, and rated to 220 degrees Celsius, so a hot pan may be set down on it. Nothing soaks through, and it stays stable through heat and cold alike.

Both parts are moulded from food-grade material for everyday washing-up.
