It folds. Open, the rack stands 16 inches wide, 9.8 inches deep and 9 inches tall; closed, it flattens to 1 5/8 inches thick at 16 inches by 12 5/8 inches, so it can be stowed once the washing-up has dried.

Eighteen plates fit across the upper rail, with mugs and bowls occupying the level beneath. Maximum load is quoted at 8 kg.

A separate utensil rack measures 8 inches wide, 5 inches deep and 6.5 inches high.

Weight of the rack itself is 2.5 lb. Bamboo is a fast-renewing material, and it brings a natural note to the room.
