High-strength metal finished in high-temperature lacquer against corrosion, with every corner rounded off so plates are not scratched going in. The slots are cut hollow, which makes dishes easier to lift back out.

A cup rest, a holder for cutting boards and baking sheets, and a combined knife and cutlery pot are all supplied. The rack measures 16.7" deep, 11.8" wide and 13.4" high, weighs 2.5 kg and carries up to 44 lb.
