JACZZO Food-Grade Silicone Drying Mat, 0.59 Inch Slim Pad with Drain Lip, Grey

Slimness is what marks this one out: 0.59 inch deep, so it slides under a cupboard door or rolls very tight. Note that the source contradicts itself on footprint, giving 18 by 11.8 inches in the Amazon title and 17.7 by 11.8 inches in both the specification grid and the bullets.

At one edge sits a drain lip, raised so that water gathers there rather than escaping across a worktop when the pad is used away from a basin.

Beneath the plates, a lifted pattern lets air move around them, and diagonal ridges push moisture towards that outlet.

Food-grade silicone, grey, soft and stated to resist deformation, with heat resistance quoted to 450°F (230°C). Weight is 1.3 lb.

Hanging holes and a rollable body mean it stores flat or on a hook.
