Slot width decides this one: four bays, some 1.0 inch across and some 1.2 inch, so a thin board and a heavier one each sit upright rather than leaning.

Slots measure 1.0 and 1.2 inches, so a board thicker than 1.2 inches will not seat.

Footprint is small — 6.1" square by 4" high — which keeps it usable inside a cabinet as well as out on the worktop.

Construction is welded 304 stainless rod rather than sheet metal, so water runs off and nothing collects in a tray. Each shelf is rated to 10 pounds.

Four rubber tubes cap the feet; they hold the rack still and keep the surface below unmarked.

Nothing needs assembling. The whole rack weighs 0.9 pounds. Beyond boards, the bays take baking sheets, cookie trays or plates of similar thickness.
