Ivilon Countertop Paper Towel Holder, Bell-End Post in Warm Gold, 14.25 in

Whether a freestanding roll holder is any use at all comes down to its base. Ivilon weights this one to 1.31 kg across a 14.25 by 7 inch footprint, so tearing a sheet one-handed does not send it skating away.

Beneath that base sits a gripping pad, a second brake against tipping.

Capping the post is a bell-shaped finial. That is the single visual difference between this model and Ivilon's flat-capped version, and it reads a little softer on an open worktop.

Steel throughout, finished warm gold rather than chrome or brass plate.

Loading means dropping a roll down over the post; every household roll size seats.

Freestanding only. Nothing here mounts to a wall or under a cabinet.
