KJIXYUNG 4 Pack Clear Pantry Bins, 11.5 x 7.5 x 6 Inches Holding 9 Litres

Nine litres a bin, on a footprint of 11.5 by 7.5 inches and six inches deep. Four come in the pack, all one size.

They are rated from minus 20 to 50 degrees Celsius, which covers a domestic freezer at one end and a warm cupboard at the other. Beyond that band the maker makes no claim.

Handles are moulded into the sides and are transparent like the rest of the bin, so nothing breaks up the view of what is inside.

Two plastics are named, PET and PP, both BPA-free and both described as food safe. Which part of the bin uses which is never specified.

Shipping weight is given as 125 grams. For four bins of these dimensions that is not credible and should be treated as unusable.

Hand washing using mild detergent; a dishwasher is ruled out.
