AOWIS Leather Car Bin with Magnetic Closure and LED, 11.8 x 11.02 Inches, Red

A magnet in the flap plus a safety buckle hold the mouth shut, so nothing tips out when the bag is knocked. Raising the front edge upward is how it opens.

Measurements are 11.8" by 11.02", and it folds down when empty, which is how it earns a place in a footwell without stealing legroom.

Fixing is by clips at the rear, spaced roughly 4.72" apart.

Leather construction, described as leak-proof and simple to wipe out. Weight is 0.32 kg.

An LED is fitted. The source listing says nothing about how that light is powered or switched, so treat it as an unknown.

Besides rubbish it will carry snacks or oddments for a journey. The maker also proposes it for a lavatory or an office.
