Bags feed in at the top through a wide mouth closed by a drawstring that adjusts, then come out through an elasticated hole beneath. The elastic grips just enough that one bag pulls free at a time instead of three.

The sleeve measures 22.5 by 9 inches. It hangs from a hook, a knob, a cupboard door or a wall, using vertical space that would otherwise go begging.
