BOAT TRIX.com Mesh Hoop Trash Bag, 10 x 24 in, Takes a 13 Gallon Liner

The mouth is a rigid hoop roughly 4 inches across that funnels rubbish in, and a drawstring opens it right out to 10 inches when something bulky has to go through.

Four clips inside grip a 13 gallon liner if you want one. Left bare, the mesh body works alone - the lower portion is sealed against leaks while the rest breathes.

The bag measures 10 inches across and 24 deep, around 10 gallons. More than fifty empty cans fit, and the maker notes they stay put at speed.

Polyester mesh and nylon, black, 4.5 oz, recyclable.

Emptying means pulling the drawstring wide and tipping. Rinse with fresh water and dry it before storage.
