Three inches of clear drawer depth are needed once jars stand in it. Anything shallower and the drawer will not close.

Two separate pieces make up the rack, and sliding them apart takes the width from 12.4 inches out to 24, a span that suits the majority of drawers and cabinet shelves.

Nothing to build and no tools: set the pieces down and start loading.
